Rochester Postdoctoral Partnership

The Rochester Postdoctoral Partnership provides mentored postdoctoral research training in biomedical and behavioral sciences for Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing (D/HH) Scholars, as well as for hearing scholars with a goal of working in higher education settings with DHH students. The goal of the RPP program is to develop a diverse group of highly trained biomedical and behavioral scientists to address the Nation’s biomedical workforce needs.

We are looking for individuals with a PhD in biomedical or behavioral sciences and with no previous postdoctoral experience or up to three years postdoctoral experience who would like to begin a 3-year post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Rochester. Dr. Dye is an approved research mentor for this program, and is particularly interested in applicants who would lead to collaborations with faculty at the University of Rochester.

For more information, consult the RPP website, and email Dr. Dye at mwddls@rit.edu for informal discussions.
